Automatic Milestones — Watch It Complete a Trip

The vehicle leaves the drop-off area
The rider is out, the driver is moving, and Drop Off was never tapped. On a manual workflow this is the trip that reaches billing with a missing timestamp.

PerGo notices before anyone calls
A panel opens on the driver’s screen: left the drop-off area without marking Drop Off. When the timer ends PerGo marks it Dropped Off and Complete, so the payment step is kept and the ride is closed out.

A countdown, with a way out
The timer runs down in plain view. The driver can close the milestone now, complete the ride now, or cancel if they are in fact still on site. Doing nothing is a valid answer too.

Dropped Off and completed
The milestone is written with the GPS time it actually happened, and the trip moves on to Payment. Dispatch never picked up the phone.

Three modes, set per milestone
Remind prompts the driver. Automatic closes the milestone after a countdown. Escalate flags dispatch when it goes uncorrected.
GPS time, not entry time
Milestones carry the moment the vehicle actually reached the location, which is the timestamp that holds up when a trip is questioned.
Nothing to install in the vehicle
Geofence detection runs in the driver app on the phone the driver already carries. No beacons, no tablets, no extra hardware.
